Question: What countries can you deliver to?

We deliver to the US. Also, the UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand to name a few! If you are unsure if we ship to your country, email us at and we will let you know.

Question: What about import charges, will I have to pay it?

If you are outside of the US then yes, you may need to pay import charges. Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to refund your order if you refuse to pay the import charges.

Question: My order isn't here yet, has it gone missing?

After 14 Days from the date of your order, if you think your order has been delayed or lost in transit please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier.

Unfortunately we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

What about bank and public holidays, will they affect my order arrival?

Bank Holidays are non-working days in the US so please allow for one extra day.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day, most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

You can expect your merchandise to arrive anywhere from 8-22 days after it has shipped, depending on your location.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

Tracking Orders

Tracking and order information will be sent via email when your order is ready to be shipped.


Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit. We will NOT refund orders after 35 days of placing an order.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your account as a result of varying processing times of payment providers.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If funds are still not visible, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The next step is to contact your bank.
